Orders are processed and ship daily, Monday-Friday.

Please note - at times of peak demand such as seasonal sales processing may take up 3 business days.  

IS MY ORDER TRACKED?

All orders are fully tracked

When your items are shipped you will receive an email with tracking details.
Please ensure to check your email inbox plus promotions and/or spam folders to retrieve your tracking email.
Please allow up to 24 hours - after received your tracking code for it to update. 

PHYSICAL ADDRESSES ONLY

Unfortunately, for New Zealand wide orders, we don’t ship to PO Boxes. Because we use tracked courier and require a signature to ensure your package gets to you safe and sound, we require a physical delivery address.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

In accordance with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 we are happy to make a full refund to you, if your Gift From Eden product(s) are proven to be faulty. In the unlikely event this may be the case, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your products at [email protected]

PRODUCT REFUNDS

It is really important to us that you absolutely love your Gift From Eden products.

In the first instance, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you would like to discuss your product(s) and their suitability for your skin, or the way you use them. We might be able to make some suggestions to help, if you are having trouble.

If within 60 days of receiving your Gift From Eden product(s) you are still not happy with them, you can return them us for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

Please make sure that any returns are well-packaged. We are unable to accept responsibility for lost or damaged return parcels.

NOTE: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale, subscription or discounted items are not eligible for a refund.
